  • Canada: $12 flat-rate shipping for all orders. Orders of $75 USD or more qualify for free shipping.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
  • Estimated delivery times:
  • United States: 5-10 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Canada: 7-14 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.

Customs & Duties (For Canada)

  • Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • If the tracking status has not been updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us here so we can assist in locating your package.
  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but has not been received, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
  • In cases of lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to initiate a claim. This process may take up to 14 business days for resolution.
  • If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
